Tooth, Ink.
Wanted to get something creative done before the dreaded root canal on Wednesday. Ol' Thing from QuickDraw was a nice little exercise. Kinda wish the flower turned out better, but I can't complain. It was fun slinging with the brush only tonight. Maybe I'll get a chance to color him tomorrow, if it's slow at work or on my day off Wednesday though I kinda doubt I'll really want to do anything after the dentist. Okay, time for Bourdain and Vicodin. Though I don't need one to enjoy the other, if you get my drift. Until next time....

Very Sweet Christian. I love the colors.. didn't expect that to be a daisy before it was colored. Daisies are my favorite flower. They remind me of being a kid and all the daisies growing up around the little pond in our yard.
I hope the root canal goes well. I never had one before. But pretty much everything hurts me and painkillers don't help much. So here's hoping you're not as a big a baby as I am:-)
That's awesome, dude! Great coloring job.
Good luck tomorrow as they're hammering that flexible spike into your broken, mangled tooth and you're screaming in unbearable ag...
Naw, I'm just kiddin' ya. It'll be fun.
Thanks, Rene. I know a petunia would've been more appropriate with ol' Ben, but I don't really know how to draw one as quick as I do a daisy. Plus, being a fan of Tombstone and all...
The root canal was a strange and painful experience, but I'm glad it's over. Took 3 rounds of shots to finally numb the angry little bugger-the final one being directly into the pulp. (I still cringe at the thought of that one.) Then I had a pulpstone in there. Imagine your tooth as an oyster. The pressure from clenching and grinding calcifies the pulp tissue into a tiny stone. Then there's the whole feeling of the roto-rooter drill/file going into your tooth and gums. Weird. It's all over though and I ate last night without wincing in pain, so I'm hoping that my troubles are over.
um thanks for the unnecessary details there man. haha sounds brutal, glad all went well though and here's to a speedy move on.
nice work here. i like the colors alot. i'm still razzin-frazzin peeved i missed out on these ha!
Mike - I was thinking the same thing. But I'm like that too with not sparing people details. So I figure I did ask.
Christian - I'm glad you are doing better. I hope the meds they give you are good enough.
Leaflet-
Jeez- the tooth saga makes my teeth hurt. Hope your's is over and you are recovering. Nice Thing.......that's what she said.....
You should've drawn him with a loaf of bread....but the the hillbilly may have tried to steal it.
